What is this?
Betty Rosbottom has been writing about food, teaching people how to cook, and teaching them how to entertain in New England since 1990. Prior to that she taught cooking in Ohio (with guest instructors Jacques Pepin, Nina Simonds, and Giuliani Bugialli), had a syndicated column in the LA Times, contributed regularly to Bon Appetit, and hosted a PBS cooking show "On the Menu".
Not only is she a terrific cook and a wonderful teacher, she is humble and always approachable with the questions you might have about cooking, where to find ingredients, substitutions to suit your guests' needs, and how to fix things when you get partway through and realize you've made a mistake.
Join us for an informal virtual Zoom chat with a culinary icon. You're guaranteed to be inspired.
