Richard Berman, known to many as Luke, worked for over two decades as a singer/songwriter from 1990-2012, traveling across the country playing his lyric-driven songs, picking up four wins in songwriting competitions along the way. In his Zoom presentation, Luke will be playing recordings of five songs and describing how each came into being, as well as thoughts about songwriting more generally. There will be time at the end for questions listeners may have wondered about during the presentation. Luke, a very active Amherst Neighbors Volunteer, looks forward to exploring the world of Song Writing with fellow participants.
